We are excited to inform you that we will be implementing a new DSC issuance process in line with CCA IVG Guidelines 2.4, from July 15th, 2024. As a part of this upgrade, we will be performing a system maintenance downtime starting from 11:00 AM on June 14th, 2024 (this Sunday) until 10:00 AM on July 15th, 2024 (Monday).

To ensure a seamless transition, please take note of the following crucial steps:

• 1. Backup your existing DSC Stock, Wallet, and reports - if any - to avoid any data loss.
• 2. Complete all pending enrolments by the cut-off time, as all unprocessed records need to be deleted from your Partner login before the downtime.
• 3. For applications marked as "Ready To Download", you can access them within 30 days from the Video Approval date.
• 4. Ensure that all government purchase orders are completed before the said deadline; any remaining DSCs will be issued using our new issuance process.
• 5. You can access the XtraTrust Business Partner Application at https://business.xtratrust.com/login to manage your account.
• 6. Kindly update your bank details in your XtraTrust Partner login Profile section to facilitate payment settlements.
• 7. As a pre-requisite, please digitally sign the "Business Partner Agreement" and "Associate Partner Agreement" when you log in to your account on July 15th, 2024.
• 8. You will still be able to create business partner and branch users as per standard procedure through Partner KYC.
